Mountain bike racer Jeff Bryson drops the HSB Rhythm RDF mountain on Mt. Seymour's famous "Ned's Atomic Dustbin" trail. Depending on the speed you hit this drop at, it ranges from 5 vertical feet to 8 vertical feet.

Clearly, the Rhythm RDF can handle the biggest drops you would encounter in a cross-country race. With 120mm (4.7 inches) of front suspension travel and 110mm (4.5 inches) in the rear, the Rhythm is a capable cross-country racer and also qualifies as a light "all-mountain" mountain bike.
